There are many visions of how a sustainable future could look like. In joining hands with other organisations, we can become even stronger. Here are some initiatives and groups we work with.

Ideen³ is an incorporated association that provides “space for development”. The purpose of the association is to make social, ecological, economic, cultural and spiritual ideas for a future worth living for experiencable and to create a network among them. Different people, ideas and initiatives are brought together to increase their possibilites working towards a (more) sustainable development. Ideen³ organizes events and activities that support social comittment and encourage communities and individuals developing their own ideas and visions. At ViA, Ideen³ will host one of the most important parts of our conference: the Project Space sessions, in which new projects shall develop.

Seed of life is an international initiative to improve the world through improving ourselves. Each person for him or herself, and yet together. Worldwide. A magical new path to transcend our limitations. Thanks to Seed of Life, our workshop-moderators receive extensive training and preparation prior to the conference.

The Center for Political Beauty is a nucleus of thought, emotion and action for political poetry, and deals with the realisation of the dream of humanity. Its mission is a re-conceptualization of the fight for human rights, a humanitarian change of course of our present and the prevention of genocides.

The Ecovillage of Sieben Linden is an intentional com-munity as well as a social and ecological settlement in the federal German state of Sachsen-Anhalt (former Eastern Germany). At Sieben Linden, a model for a future way of life is provided, in which work, leisure, economy, ecology, urban and rural culture can find a balance. Likewise, answers to the pressing issues of our time are being sought; looking for human-centred solutions in a place of creativity and learning. As part of our cooperation with Sieben Linden, registered VIA-participants are eligible for their reduced registration-fee. 

Founded in 1993, the global Club of Budapest is an informal international association dedicated to developing a new way of thinking and a new ethics that will help resolve the social, political, economic, and ecological challenges of the 21st century. With its roster of internationally renowned members the Club initiates a dialog between different belief systems and worldviews in order to co-create and develop effective strategies for responsible and sustainable action with a global focus.

The scope of Ashoka is to promote social entrepreneurship worldwide. Since 1980 they fostered more than 2700 social businesses providing scholarships, trainings and networking for them. In 17 countries the ‘Ashoka Youth Venture’ accompanies the foundation of social projects by young people. Thus our German partner launched initiatives to activate agents of change making their urban culture and their school environments into places of change and social commitment.

oya- the creative magazine for a sustainable lifestyle. They are our media-partner and will report about our conference and the projects that will develop during ViA. For that, we are very happy, that the publisher of Oya, Johannes Heimrath, and editor in chief, Lara Mallien, will join us.
